“When we dream we enter a world that is entirely of our own making.
Then in our sleep we awake.”
“Dreams are illustrations from the book your soul is writing about you.”
While the conscious mind sleeps, the subconscious is awake and very busy. Some of our most valuable processes occur during the dream state, making it very important that we enjoys long uninterrupted segments of mental rest. The intent of this session is to embrace the subconscious and what it has to share through images and emotion, so you may know the self better and have another tool to wield your energy in life.
Without a very deep sleep R.E.M. or Rapid Eye Movement won’t take place. This R.E.M. is our dream time for replenishing the soul and body. R.E.M. throws out stagnant thoughts, images and emotions and “lightens us up,” so to speak. During R.E.M. we often connect with higher realms and rejuvenate on many levels. In a deep sleep we are free from the mind and therefor, free from fear and limitation… once again connected with our original nature.
Often people have great difficulty sleeping due to repressed energy. Subconscious fears, as well as tumultuous emotions and too many thoughts overwhelm the psyche, causing an anxious state throughout the night. This is often an indication that inner work is required.
There are many types of dreams. Some dreams are simply an unwinding of the mind and some are symbolic of repressed emotions, for example: you have a sexual feeling about someone and you repress it, this may show up in your dream. If you’re fasting, you may dream of indulging in everything your body craves. If you have repressed hatred, you may dream of yelling at the person you hate. These dreams are very helpful. They show the conscious mind what has been repressed and urge us to release negativity in safe ways throughout the day. When negativity is released consciously while we are awake, the subconscious no longer has to deal with stagnant energy during sleep, making way for greater rejuvenation and connection to the higher self in dream time.
There are dreams that show us vivid images that spur enormous and magnificent feelings. These dreams are often a message from the higher self urging us toward an epic or important path. Some dreams are not dreams at all, but memories of what has taken place on the energetic field while we slept. These can be extremely interesting and “awakening.”
To remember your dreams remain in bed for at least five minutes before you get up. Relax with your eyes closed and sense if you have any recall of images. If you do, write them down immediately. Even if you think you’ll remember, it’s highly unlikely that you will, even if you’re a super hero. Write them down! Within a day, weeks, months or years, when you read back the images you had in your dreams they’ll make sense. This will help build trust that your dream state is important and you’ll feel drawn to listen more carefully.
This is a phone session. You can expect to be contacted on time, according to the World Time Clock.
“When you arise in the morning think of what a privilege it is
to be alive, to breathe, to think, to enjoy, to love.”
