“A dog can’t think that much about what he’s doing, he just does what feels right.”

―Barbara Kingsolver

On weekends I like to visit a very tall and dear friend of mine who happens to be a fir tree. He lives in the center of a beautiful school yard watching over the children all week. He is free on weekends so we get together and feel the breeze.

As I stood admiring him I sensed the energy of yet another friend near by; a black lab playing with her human. We had never been formally introduced, but we smile at each other as we passed along our walks almost every day.

Feeling very happy I decided to do my meditation in the field by my firry and furry friends. The meditation took about 15 minutes. It involves cultivating a lot of platinum white light and anchoring it in the light tube around the body. Afterward, I felt super charged up and excited, as if I may levitate to the top of the tree.

The black lab waited patiently while I finished the meditation and opened my eyes, then she made a b-line to me at top speed. Once she arrived she hugged me as tightly as she could and would not let go. I was overwhelmed by her affection and hugged her back.

Her human came running behind her calling, Roxy, Roxy, Roxy, with increasing exasperation. Once she arrived to collect sweet Roxy she said, “I am so sorry, she never does this, I don’t know what has gotten into her. I guess she just could not help herself.”

“She made my day,” I said.

Roxy confirmed something about that meditation that I have always felt. It connects us to an irresistible and very tangible light that sparks a love, joy and celebration available to those with eyes to see and senses to feel. This is the same meditation that turned on the lightbulb from my Quanta post.

If you are interested in cultivating this wonderful energy in your field, the meditation is called the 12D meditation, created by Lisa Renee. It can be found on her site, Energetic Synthesis or You Tube. Happy Meditating!
