The Open Mind

The subliminal aspects of everything that happens to us
may seem to play very little part in our daily lives,
but they are the almost invisible roots of our conscious thoughts.

~ Carl Jung

There are Natural Laws of the universe that protect us and guide us toward our most fulfilling and productive life. These laws would be best taught to us as wee tots, to insure a life of ease and success, yet most people have no awareness of these supportive laws.

One of the most elusive and misunderstood Natural Laws of the Universe is the Law of Consent. What we intend, what we say and do, feel, think, believe and experience; how we behave and respond, and what we choose to surround ourselves with energetically forms our consent.

These agreements design a structure; build a foundation or
template we live our own unique reality through.

Take a loving person who has built a beautiful life through empathy, compassion, generosity, truth and kindness. This will form consent through resonance, creating an energetic template that attracts experiences reminiscent of those energies.

Here is where it becomes interesting, however. Many times we have thoughts, emotions and impressions we may not even be aware of, yet they occur and they can infiltrate and ‘contaminate’ our positive energetic consent; hence, our future reality.

Let’s say the loving person above watches a program with disturbing content on television without discernment, or they see the same commercial or advertisement over and over and over again that triggers fear, confusion or annoyance. Consistency will begin to give consent unknowingly to something that does not align with what they prefer, especially if the information is given through an authority figure.

“Repetition makes a fact seem more true, regardless of whether it is or not.
Understanding this effect can help you avoid falling for propaganda.”

Tom Stafford ~ Psychologist

“Consistency Consent” occurs when a person agrees to, believes, considers, aligns with, becomes affected by, or entertains something that does not feel congruent with their inner truth or their conscious consent, yet they allow it into their psyche over and over again without a second thought. People do this every time they turn on the tell-lie-vision.

Consistency Consent could also arrive through an internal thought, an external person or influence, an internal reactions or emotion, or an external situation that shows up consistently in your daily life. These foreign and often unwanted repetitive influences could begin to change a person’s reality in a less favorable way over time.

Watch your thoughts and they will make you aware of what you have been consenting to. You may notice a negative thought, such as:

I am not good enough. I am helpless. There is no hope. I am powerless.

If you observe a thought like this and allow it as is, you are giving consent, not only to that thought, but the reality it will resonate with in the future.

If you become aware of a negative thought and say:

I do not consent to that thought!  That is NOT my thought!

You have disqualified the thought and no consent is made, therefor, no negative energy exists to form into a future experience. You may also express the opposite to take its place.

I am enough! I am powerful, capable and confident in myself and life. All is well.

If a negative person says something cruel and you allow them to harm you with their words or actions, you are giving consent, not only to their abuse, but to an unwelcome template for your future.

“Repeat a lie often enough and it becomes the truth.”

Nazi Politician, Joseph Goebbels

Some of the most confident people have had their self esteem destroyed by complete lies. Cancel them out immediately in your mind.

If you say to the person:

“I do not consent to your words and behavior,” you disqualify their abuse inside your own personal system and you do NOT create consent for this abuse in the future.  You don’t have to say this out loud, but you must act on withdrawing consent with your thoughts, emotions and actions.

To set the space for Conscious Consent and fortify a positive future, it’s helpful to make a statement every morning that will align with the foundation you are intending to build or consent to long term, such as:

I dedicate my life to truth, health, happiness, freedom and sovereignty.
I am in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing, with the right people,
for my highest happiest path and the greater good of all.

Our choices impact not only our present and future, they impact everyone. What we consent to individually ripples out and affects others. Each person who takes back their consent and invests only in those thoughts and emotions and actions that hold them in dignity, sovereignty and personal power; those people are doing far more for the world than they might imagine.

May we all live highly aware of what we are giving our consent to and what kind of future we are creating

Another name for ‘Consistency Consent’ is Mind Control
Conscious Consent to your own preference overrides this.

Consent through inappropriate obedience
